In an issue involving the refusal of a federal pension agency to pay out pension benefits to a retired working, we were able to ensure that the client was paid his benefits, as well as any back-owed benefits.
A client had an issue where USCIS had taken a very long time to process their renewal, and it was threatening their ability to work. We took the time to communicate with USCIS and get them to issue the necessary documentation to allow our client to continue working at the job they had for many years.
